The Grizedale Tramper is back!

Grizedale Forest is able to partially reopen their Tramper route, after the Tramper service was withdrawn for a time due to heavy storms earlier this year.

This is great news for Lake District Mobility Tramper users, as we have had many enquiries about when the Tramper will be up and running again!

The temporary route is three miles long, and will take users out and back from the Visitor Centre to Farra Grain Gill. A map of the route is below. Temporary signage will ensure that Tramper users do not go further along the path.

Grizedale does not at present have a cafe service. Some snacks are available, but no hot drinks or food.
