New Tramper at The Himalayan Garden & Sculpture Park

We're pleased to announce that our new partner, The Himalayan Garden & Sculpture Park in Ripon, North Yorkshire, will be offering Tramper hire from tomorrow, Wednesday 9 April.

'Where Art meets Nature'... these beautiful gardens started life in 1996, and the valley has been transformed by the planting of rare plants and trees, the creation of lakes and the addition of incredible sculptures. There are so many great things to see amongst the beautifully planted woodland gardens and lakes, dotted with a huge variety of striking sculptures and enhanced by the sounds of wildlife. The Tearoom is located close to the garden entrance and offers delicious hot and cold homemade food, drinks and delicious, sweet treats. 

​The Garden and Park are open from April to November and Admission Tickets to the Garden must be pre-booked. This can be done on their website www.himalayangarden.com or by contacting 01765 658009 if unable to book online (please check Tramper availability before booking your admission tickets).

The gardens are in a steep sided valley which means there are many steep paths on the route. All the paths are within the capabilities of the Tramper and staff will train users to use the Tramper as required.

The Tramper will be available April - June (Tuesday to Sunday) and July – October (Wednesday to Sunday). There are 2 slots a day at 10:30am and 1:30pm, both of which are 2 hours long.
